NBI Clearance

The Consulate does not process applications for NBI clearance. The Consulate only facilitates the affixing of the applicant’s fingerprints in the NBI Fingerprint Card Form which must be sent to the NBI in Manila.

REQUIREMENTS

• Latest passport (original and photocopy)
• Application fee of €22.50
• One (1) black and white picture size 2″ x 2″ with white background, taken within the last three (3) months
